"Break the circle" - that is my mission, hers, and maybe yours - the one who is reading these words now. Break the circle of stereotypes about women in tech, about "girls are bad at math," about refugees can't succeed in a new country, about female rivalry... about... about... about...Anne Kjær Bathel (She) inspired me for this manifesto. One cannot break the circle alone, but together we CAN!I've been honored to be invited for Demo Day at ReDI School, where I regularly come for guest speaking sessions.ReDI School operates in 9 locations and provides FREE educational courses for people with a migration background. Just a huge applause to the founder 🫰➡️ https://lnkd.in/ehS6MvMkIn my greeting speech, I stressed the importance of "TAKING" when you need and "GIVING" when you have something to share.I just want to say: I love and appreciate people who inspire me, whose example I remember in moments of "blue mood."Ladies who were together this night:Anastasia Petrova Irina Bashkevych Iryna Novikova, Ph.D Olena Pedai and others 🫶

Once I forgot to put my skirt on. Yeah, it's a true story. It happened when I was nine years old, rushing to school to be on time for my first lesson. I was always known to be organised, well-behaved pupil with excellent marks- typical "good girl". On that fateful day, on my way to school I realised that I only wear my stockings and sweater, but no skirt on. Can you imagine?Tough decision – go back home, put on my skirt, and be late for class, or brave the embarrassment of showing up without it and potentially being laughed at. This was in 1995, the era before smartphones existed (yes, I'm 37😎)- no way to contact my mom and ask permission to miss the first class, so I had to make the decision all by myself.I chose to go to class, and honestly, I don't even remember if they laughed at me or not. What I do remember is the inner conflict I felt between being embarrassed and being the "good girl". If I could go back and give advice to my nine-year-old self, I would say:"My dear Katy, always choose yourself. The world will not break down if you miss one class."#mentalhealth #selfrealisation #happiness Kateryna Ilchenko,Ambassador of Self-Realisation.

A story that I had the opportunity to observe in train on my way to Berlin.Young girl entered the carriage; she enthusiastically spoke English over a video call. Looking at her, I even began to smile, I think she was fallen in love 😍. She sat down on the seat next to the elderly, gray-haired German. He was gloomily looking out the window. I was sitting two rows away and watched the happy girl. That gentlemen gave her a stern (stark 🇩🇪) look a couple of times, and then made a remark that she is not allowed to talk on the phone in public transport. The happy girl stopped her conversation, and with my gaze I invited her to sit next to me. 🕗 Two minutes later, you won’t believe it.... The man’s phone rings. He obviously embarrassedly picks up the phone and answers. The girl and I just bursted out laughing.Such an irony of fate 😎.Idea of the post: don’t be too critical of others, we are all not perfect.-----Write any smile 🤓 in the comments if you have read my #storytelling till the end and found AI generated creature on photo.

I hate most of the AI-generated content I face. What frustrates me about AI usage today, especially on social media, is the prevalence of low-quality images. In this post, I’ve included both high and poor-quality ones to illustrate my point. The difference lies in the EFFORT and knowledge of the person using the tool. The problem arises when people think AI will handle everything for them. This leads to boring, long, very long and meaningless text posts 🙈.A friend of mine who works in HR recently shared her frustration: she couldn't gauge the personality of job applicants because all their cover letters were AI-generated 🤨.I always tell my marketing students: you cannot use AI effectively without understanding the basics (audience, strategy, content structure, etc.).AI is a tool that has turned everything upside down in the last two years. I firmly believe it will replace those who are lazy, uninformed, or lacking in knowledge. For professionals, AI is a tremendous productivity booster.⚠️ My message is clear: let AI support you, but don't lose your personality.P.S. I used AI to help me while creating this post 😎#AI #Productivity #ContentCreation #Marketing #ArtificialIntelligence #ProfessionalGrowth #JobApplications
