Why does my standing desk say E2? ›

This is is caused by overload of weight capacity (250lbs +) or running the desk up and down continuously over an extended period of time. Please unplug the desk, wait 20 minutes, and plug the desk back into power.

The adjustable height ranges from 29.4” to 47”. Height settings are programmable and selected with the patent pending Illumitouch™ seamless control panel on the ergonomic glass top.

Unplug the desk, and then wait for about half a minute before plugging it back in. Press and hold the down arrow on the keypad until the sit stand desk reaches its lowest position, and then release the button. Press the down button another time for about 10 seconds, and then wait for the keypad to display RESET or RST.

Unplug all cables that connect the legs and keypad to the control box. Wait for at least 20 seconds. Plug all cables back in and wait for at least another 20 seconds. Press and hold both the up and down buttons (at the same time) until the desk lowers all the way down and beeps.
